Uprags
Terms
The plain-language version of what you're agreeing to.
Prices
Every price on this site is in Indian Rupees and includes tax. The price you see is the price you pay - nothing is added at the end.
When an order is really an order
Paying puts the order through, but we can still refuse it - if the last piece sold a second earlier, or a price was listed wrong. If we do, you get every rupee back, immediately and in full.
Stock
We stitch in small batches, so a piece can sell out while it is sitting in your cart. A cart is not a reservation.
Photos and colour
We photograph the actual garment, but screens lie about colour and fabric falls differently on different bodies. A shade being slightly off from your screen isn't a defect.
What's ours
The photos, the writing and the designs on this site belong to Uprags. Don't take them for your own store.
If something goes wrong
Tell us first - upragsofficial@gmail.com. Almost everything gets sorted in an email. These terms are governed by Indian law.
