What we collect

To send you an order: your name, phone number, email, and delivery address.

If you send us a brief: your measurements and whatever you write in the description.

A cart cookie that remembers what you picked. It holds item numbers and quantities - no name, no card, nothing about you.

What we never see

Your card number, UPI PIN, CVV or bank login. Payment happens inside Razorpay's window. We get back a payment reference and whether it worked. Nothing else ever touches our servers.

Who else gets it

Razorpay, to take the payment. The courier, to deliver the parcel. Our hosting and database providers, because the data has to physically sit somewhere.

Nobody else. We don't sell your details and we don't hand them to advertisers.

How long we keep it

Order details stay as long as the law wants us to keep sale records. Briefs stay until you ask us to delete them.

Making us delete it

Write to upragsofficial@gmail.com from the email address on the order. We'll delete what we're allowed to delete, and tell you plainly what we have to keep and why.
