Where we ship

Anywhere in India. We don't ship outside India yet - if you're abroad and want a piece, write to us and we'll work it out one order at a time.

How long it takes

Ready-to-wear pieces leave us in 1-2 working days and reach you in 3-6 working days after that.

A piece made to your measurements is stitched to order. We'll give you a date when we take the brief - it is usually two to three weeks, not days.

Working days are Monday to Saturday, minus public holidays.

What it costs

Delivery is free across India right now. The price on the piece is the price you pay.

Tracking

Your order page is the live status. Keep the link, or find it again from the Find your order page using your order number and the phone or email you ordered with.

Once a parcel is handed to the courier we'll send you their tracking number.

Nobody home

Couriers usually try three times. If it comes back to us we'll message you and re-send it at no extra cost, once. After that we'll ask you to cover the courier charge.
