The window

Seven days from the day it reaches you. Tell us inside those seven days and we'll take it back.

The condition

Unworn, unwashed, tags still on, in the packaging it arrived in. Returns get resold, so a piece that has been out for an evening can't come back.

Innerwear can't be returned, for the obvious reason.

Made-to-measure pieces

A piece cut to your measurements can't be returned, because it doesn't fit anybody else. That is the trade for getting something made for your body.

If it arrives and the fit is wrong against the measurements you gave us, that's on us - we'll alter it or remake it, free.

If we got it wrong

Wrong piece, wrong size, or it arrived damaged: send us a photo within 48 hours and we'll replace it or refund it in full, courier cost included. No seven-day rule, no conditions.

How the money comes back

To the card, UPI or account you paid from. We can't send it anywhere else - that is the payment gateway's rule, not ours.

We start the refund once the piece is back with us and checked. Your bank then takes 5-7 working days.

Cancelling

Before you pay, an order cancels itself from your order page instantly. Nothing was charged.

After you've paid but before it ships, ask from the same page and we'll cancel and refund it by hand.

Once it has shipped it's a return, not a cancellation.
